    Hi, I’m Maxi!

    Consistency and self-leadership are at the core of my work as a coach.

    My background is rooted in Tech and SaaS sales, where I have spent years building and enabling sales teams in complex, fast-moving environments across international markets.

    Over time, I saw that results and careers are rarely limited by skill or effort. More often, they are shaped by how clearly people think, prioritise and act when complexity and pressure increase. This perspective forms the foundation of my coaching.

    Today, I work 1:1 with Tech and SaaS sales professionals, supporting them in navigating complex sales situations as well as making deliberate career decisions. Our work is grounded in real contexts such as active deals, pipeline challenges, stakeholder dynamics and role transitions, with a clear focus on decision-making and execution where it matters most.

    My role is to provide confidential sparring and space for reflection and structure, enabling clearer decisions, more deliberate action and sustainable performance over time.
